2018/19 Winter Camps
This off-season we are focusing on the fundamentals of lacrosse in order to have our players ready to compete from day one of the 2019 season.
The format of the camps is changing slightly from previous years. The first four sessions will focus mainly on fundamentals of shooting and passing. In addition to this skill work, there will be dryland plyometrics and footwork training that will be held in coordination with your age-specific camp session. These training sessions will be run by Neal Demmans or a member of his training staff.
The final 6 sessions will involve degrees of fundamental skill development but, will work to develop and strengthen offensive and defensive skills throughout the winter months.
PeeWee aged players - this is a great opportunity for continued skill development that will set the foundation for a successful upcoming season
Bantam aged players - this is a great opportunity for you to continue skill development and basic system work while getting exposure to the coaches who will be scouting for the upcoming 2019 Bantam Draft
Midget-aged players - these camps set the tone for you to create an atmosphere of success and hard work as you start to ramp up towards your upcoming Junior careers.
Costs are as follows:
$125 for the full camp registration (payable at camp registration day with prior RSVP)
$15 per session for drop-in
$65 for a 5 session punch card
*** With the purchase of a full camp registration, players will receive a 5 game Adult admission punch card to either the PGLL SWAT Junior B, RMLL SWAT Junior B, or the RMLL SWAT Junior A games of their choice.
